Exclusive use of 10 horse stalls and the shared use of the 49 acre horse farm, indoor round pen and 7/8th's of a mile indoor horse track (the largest indoor track in Canada). Outdoor paddocks will be designated upon lease signing, both shared and exclusive use paddocks.
